Political Sociology/ Authoritarian legitimation strategies: state financial support to civil society in Russia

I investigate the civil society project applications to the Presidential Grants in Russia in the period 2027-2025 to understand 1) the criteria according to which financial support is distributed to the third sector and 2) the regime's performance and discourse-based legitimation strategies. I am planning to use LLMs to conduct text analysis of the applications (around 150,000 texts available)
